What if I do not live in Virginia?
We serve all 50 states via telemedicine (Zoom preferred, or phone call.
We are either direct-licensed or in partnership with a Private Medical Association managed by the First Nation in all other of the 50 states.
How do I enroll?
Enrollment is free.
We do not collect payment in advance for our services.
On a desktop or laptop computer (preferred) go to:

Click enroll now, which takes you to the enrollment section of the Electronic Medical Records application (EMR).
IMPORTANT:
Fill out your address and contact information as accurately as possible, because all communications between you and the office will depend on this data.
We do not take insurance. We are a direct-pay practice.
A valid credit card number is required to enroll which fmust be entered to COMPLETE the enrollment.
Patients and clients are not required to pay for services or medications via credit card, you can pay with an HSA/FSA card, personal check, even cash.
You must be enrolled to schedule an appointment with the doctor or health coach or IV nurse.
All your health information is protected and private and will not be shared with anyone at anytime, with the following exceptions:

Reference the Virginia Code and the link to the relevant code of ethics section.)
The patient's legal pre-approved Power of Attorney, and only because it is pre-approved by the patient.

NOTE:
A credit card is required to complete enrollment, but not required to make payment.
There is a 3% surcharge on all credit / debit card payments, because they bill Dr. Lily David a 3% service fee for all transactions.
We are a direct-pay practice.
We do not accept payment by patients online.
We do not charge patients / clients any fees in advance.
Can I pay in advance?
No. We do not take any payments in advance.
NOTE:
Do not attempt to pay online, the system does not have a processor to accept any payment.
The doctor or health coach will take payment for consults from your card on file upon completion of the consult.
Terms are available for active service members, veterans, fixed income families, and J6'ers. Ask the doctor or health coach during your consult.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes.
We offer 20% off on your second order of Ivermectin tablets to cancer patients who use our refill service. Go to: drlilydavid.com/refill Fill in your name, address, phone, email, and any special instructions in the form. Hit 'Submit" after responding to the 'Captcha' challenge. Wait for the 'Thank you for submitting' to pop up.
We offer to split payments for patients who are in financial difficulty, fixed income, active or retired service members, J6'ers, firefighters, law enforcement officers.
