The Health Coach works collaboratively between the doctor and patients to address lifestyle changes that will support optimal health through individualized, patient-centered approaches. The Health Coach is available to help clients align their unique health needs to goals, focusing on factors such as diet, movement, stress management, and relational support. Dr. Lily David Institute understands the importance of whole-person, evidence-based solutions to help clients achieve their health goals.
